With extensive experience in land acquisition and wireless site development, Jonathan oversees NTP Wireless’s strategic initiatives and corporate planning.
During his more than seventeen years in wireless telecommunications, Jonathan led site development initiatives for T-Mobile, and served in several managerial capacities—including Real Estate and Zoning Manager—for T-Mobile’s Atlanta market. He supported successful market launches in Chicago and Cleveland, and he contributed to the development and delivery of wireless telecom facilities in Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Ohio, Georgia, South Carolina, Michigan, Alabama, and Tennessee.
Jonathan has co-authored several publications regarding family-owned firms and business strategy, most notably "Strategic Goals and Practices of Innovative Family Businesses,"1 and "A Study of Practice Utilization in Family Businesses.”2 He received a Competitive Research Award for "Family Business with a B: Characteristics, Priorities, and Performance of Family Firms," presented by the Baylor University Institute of Family Business and the National Federation of Independent Business. Jonathan has been a guest speaker at the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.
Jonathan graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with an M.B.A., and he is a licensed real estate broker in the states of Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin. He serves as the managing broker for the firm. He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, CCIM Institute, and Urban Land Institute.

Adam brings vast site acquisition and project management experience across a variety of technologies and markets. Since co-founding NTP Wireless in 2007, he has overseen the delivery of more than 2,100 sites nationwide. Adam heads overall site acquisition and project management.
Adam's wireless career started with Voicestream's Chicago market launch in 2000. Within six months, he was promoted from Title and Environmental Due Diligence Coordinator to the MLA Co-Location Supervisor.
Upon the successful completion of the Chicago launch, Adam earned the Real Estate and Zoning Supervisor position for the Cincinnati market, where he led his team in transitioning 268 sites from CDMA to GSM technology.
Later, Adam joined T-Mobile’s Chicago regional site development team. His market responsibilities included Minneapolis, Des Moines, Indianapolis, St. Louis, Omaha, Cincinnati, Columbus and Cleveland. In 2004, Adam was named the Site Development Manager for the New York City market. Within a two-year period, he managed the site development of 521 capacity sites and 1,023 UMTS upgrades.
Adam's experience on the carrier side allows him to provide valuable perspective to all clients on how to most effectively achieve their project objectives.
Adam graduated from Colgate University, and he is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois. He donates his time as a Junior Achievement teacher at a Chicago high school.
