Real Estate Assistant - Chicago & Houston

REAL ESTATE ASSISTANT

The Real Estate Assistant will work with the Real Estate team to maintain and update all client databases. This person will be responsible for assisting managers with data entry and client trackers while performing administrative tasks crucial to the acquisition process. The ideal candidate should be task oriented with a high attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Update, maintain and organize all trackers and site acquisition databases
• Complete zoning, land use applications and building permit applications on behalf of client.
• Maintain complete documentation for planning, communication and action on all sites.
• Organize and complete mailings for various clients.
• Work closely with management to communicate progress to clients throughout entire project.

Solution Specialist, New Site Build - Houston, Dallas, Austin, Chicago

Solution Specialist, New Site Build - Houston, Dallas, Austin, Chicago

The Solution Specialist for Site Acquisition will perform site identification, leasing, zoning and permitting services on wireless site development projects. The ideal candidate should be comfortable meeting land owners and have an interest in Real Estate and/or Telecommunications. This opportunity is suited for recent college graduates looking learn an industry from the ground up.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Research land use to determine feasibility for wireless antenna facility projects.
• Complete zoning, land use applications and building permit applications on behalf of client.
• Maintain complete documentation for planning, communication and action on all sites.
• Provide reports, updates and milestones with all active parties when necessary
• Work closely with management to communicate progress to clients throughout entire project.

GIS Specialist - Chicago & Houston

The GIS Specialist - Wireless will be responsible for reviewing, identifying and confirming various aspects of prospective wireless site parcels for wireless telecommunications clients. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in reading GIS maps and be comfortable using Google Earth and should be enthusiastic about learning a new industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Using Google Earth and the respective County GIS maps,
confirm private parcel and right-of-way ownership from client
supplied candidate pool
• Using GIS tools, locate right-of- way and telecommunications
ordinance information though confirmation of the jurisdiction’s
website
• Review ordinances to confirm which restrictions would apply to
client proposed sites
• Complete and forward required information regarding the site
candidates to Team/Client
• Work closely with team members to communicate site progress
to clients throughout entire project.

Site Acquisition Manager, Chicago

The Manager for Site Acquisition will manage the full process of Site Acquisition including candidate identification, lease negotiation and zoning and permitting services.  In addition, the Manager will be responsible for supervising all in house staff of Site Acquisition agents and perform quality control over deliverables. The ideal candidate should be comfortable juggling multiple site projects and clients at once. This opportunity is suited for an experienced professional looking to utilize their skills in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and oversee the complete site acquisition process.
  • Complete zoning, land use applications and building permit applications on behalf of client.
  • Supervise vendor partners for A&E and other vendors in the process.
  • Provide reports, updates and milestones with all active parties when necessary.
  • Lead a team of specialists to complete all client deliverables.
  • Manage and expand on ongoing relationships with market clients.
